1st Lady - Biography

Keri aka "1st Ladi" was born in Miami, Florida, United States of America. She is german-american and has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She began writing and producing her music at the age of 12. She was usually always shy about her music but when she met Jay(being in the music industry) and mp3.com, she took his advice and signed up for soundclick.com. The first single to hit the internet waves was "Passed me by"in December of ' 03.
Later after releasing "Missing you" and "Always wanna be with you", she made her way to the #1 unsigned artist on Soundclick.com, and Mp3.com. She recievied tons of emails from all around the world, learning that "Missing you" had touched the lives of so many people.
After those songs aired she released "Never be replaced", which she said hit the asian community with a bang. "I'm sorry", "Not ok with Change" and "Can't go on" quickly followed onto the charts also hitting # 1.
Her first album was titled "I AM NOT LEAVIN" with 5 tracks.
She is now working on her sophomore album. Keri's influences include Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Aaliyah, Madonna, Musiq soulchild, Stevie Wonder, Brian Mcknight and many more.
She is signed to U.N.I Entertainment, Record Label.
