50 Cent talks on new film

 Rapper-turned-actor 50 Cent has spoken about his latest film 'Dead Man Running' at the world premiere in London.
The film sees 50 Cent play a violent gangland loan shark - who holds the mother of an ex-con (played by Tamer Hassan) hostage.
But don't call him '50 Cent' while his on set.
As an actor, he wants to be known as Curtis Jackson.
'I want to create a separation between what the expectations are of the actual characters or my choices of an actor.' he said.
'There might be a character in a project where the character doesn't embody the same aggression that is necessary to get by in the environment that I come from.'
The rapper also spoke of his up-and-coming album 'Before I Self destruct', which includes a project with Eminem.
It will be released with a full length feature film of its own, produced entirely by 50 Cent.
'When I wrote my entire album I found myself with more time than I actually used so I wrote produced and directed my first film,' he said.
'And it was the opposite of the traditional process... 'Before I self-destruct' (the) film is actually inspired by the record.'
