Aly: 'AJ got dumped on her b'day!'

 Alyson Michalka recently did an interview with Dutch Mag Hitkrant, in which they mentioned a song, and formulated a question for her from that song title. Here's an excert:
"Aly & AJ: Potential Breakup Song
What's the worst way you've ever been dumped?
Aly: 'Not on my birthday, as we sing in the song. That was AJ's ex who dumped her that way. I think my worst breakup was the first one. I was sixteen and he didn't want to continue with me. I was devestated, i cried month after month. Because it's the first time, you don't have something to compare it to and all feelings are new. But luckily I found out that there are cuter guys after that half year.'

What do you think is the ugliest thing about yourself?
Aly: 'I'm not going to answer that, 'cause I think you should accept the things you find ugly about yourself. You can better see your beautymistakes as special and something unique instead of thinking: that's ugly.'"

Aly Michalka was also praised for being one of summer's best actresses, for her role in Bandslam. Yale Daily News acknowledges her talent, and also acknowledges the Bandslam as the movie with Worst Marketing, while being an actual good movie and not a “High School Musical” lite, as they portrayed it. |
