(I heard Maynard say what it's about in an interview, so I know I'm righ) What it's about is the people who don't understand those who want to die. It is a criticism of those who criticize the suicidal, rather than help them. The video? No director could understand maynard's vision, so he said screw it and get the bikini bandits

Maynard's talking to someone who doesn't have terrible, life threatening problems. Using threats of suicide and violence to garner attention.
