Love your hate.
Your faith lost. You are now one of us. Love your hate. Your faith lost. You are now one of us. Nothing from nowhere, I'm no one at all. Radiate. Recongnize one slient call as we all form one dark flame. Incinerate. Nothing from nowhere, I'm no one at all. Radiate. Recongnize one slient call as we all form one dark flame. As we all form one dark flame. As we all... Love your hate. Your faith lost. You are now one of us. Love your hate. Your faith lost. You are now one One of us |

--Miseria Cantare means "Misery I Sang" in Spanish. vatticus --Miseria Cantare means "Misery I Sang" in Spanish. Fit that in. Actually it's in LATIN.... I speak Spanish... and that's not spanish... This intro is great... If it were spanish, and IF there were an accent over the 'e' in Cantare, it would mean "Misery I will sing" now, i dont know/take latin, but i'm pretty sure that Davey (who does speak spanish) would make sure the song was title with an accent - otherwise it wouldnt make sense. so, let's just say that Vatticus is right and it means "Misery I Sang" |

6 posts | I agree with evilbrastrap that the CD is out of order and probably intetionally so, obviously this song came up first, even if it shouldn't have been because it sounds so much like an initiation chant. C'mon "you are one of us" that's a kickass line. But yeah, even the Leaving Songs do not flow into one another, or at least, I don't hear that when I play them one after the other. Creepy, but awesome. |

11 posts | man that shit was crazy about the whole meaning of the album. but honestly i have no idea who the hell would spend that much time in trying to figure out the meaning of an album. i dont know if any of yall like tool but a while back i read on their site something about the meaning of thier "lateralus" cd and that shit was just as crazy as this. but for an intro to the cd this was good but i still think strength through wounding is better but this is still a pretty good cd. i like their older stuff a hell of alot better but sing the sorrow isnt all that bad. |

3 posts | Evilstrap, I think your analyis is right on target. I think the title of "This Time Imperfect" also supports your theory. With this new information I am able to listen to STS in a whole new light. Thanx...and I'll probably drop some more analyis as I relisten to the cd. |

36 posts | Woah. OO'
The whole StS-story's much cooler than I imagined, but I never knew it were some sort of hidden message through it either - YES, I'm slow and stupid. But it all seems to make loads of sense. I haven't seen Clandestine yet either... |

26 posts | evilbrastrap didn't write that. I emailed it out to alot of people when I found it on the official AFI message boards.
A lot of people are passing it off as their own work though and I really hate those peope. |

633 posts | Yeah, I've read that 336/Clandestine/STS stuff, I got it from AFIBassPunk *I think that's his name on here...* He said he got it off the official AFI/DF messageboards. Anyways, very interesting stuff. I myself tried a little research. I didn't find much, but I tried. |

13 posts | Actually, reading that post over again, I've been thinking--- could the Silver and Cold video tie in to any of this? I know Girl's Not Grey has the bunny... that's the only connection I've made in the past hour or so. I'm a bit lost, so if anyone knows any more, IM me on xhome is nowhere (AIM or AOL users only). Thanks, it's greatly appreciated. |

13 posts | OH MY GOD. evilbrastrap, you are my hero. Well, as of now you are. I SPENT FOREVER TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW SING THE SORROW FIT IN WITH EVERYTHING! *left eye twitches* But anymoo, thanks a BUNCH. Wow. I noticed the "111 less than perfection" part a while ago, but that's about all I got. Again, THANK YOU!!! I really need to see Clandestine again to really undertsnad it. I, too, have not seen it in a long while. |
