The classic band Air Supply were one of the definitive bands of the 1970's and 1980's that had a string of worldwide hits such as "All Our of Love" and "Making Love out of Nothing at All". Members Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock are both extraordinary vocalists and when I heard that a new CD was about to be released, I was ecstatic.
There latest album features all their popular hits and best of all, the CD is an acoustic album which features a humbling experience that all Air Supply fans will thoroughly enjoy. With 12 songs, Air Supply - the Singer and the Song sounds brilliant with just the voice and the guitar that boasts an easy listening sound to familiar hits of yesterday.
The CD also comes with a bonus DVD featuring four tracks of both Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock performing Lost In Love, All Out Of Love, Love & Other Bruises and Making Love Out Of Nothing At All in high definition video.
In conclusion, Air Supply the Singer and the Song is a brilliant CD/DVD compilation that features exceptionally sharp sound, classic hits of yesterday performed today and that pure acoustic sound which makes this one of the best CD's in a long time. Highly Recommended! |
