Toronto, ON (PRWEB) October 21, 2009 -- Toronto's New #1 Hit Music Station Virgin Radio welcomes multi-platinum superstar Akon to its team of jocks.
Akon joins the biggest radio team in the country with Ryan Seacrest, Mad Dog and Billie, Taylor and Biggs and Hollywood gossip blogger, Perez Hilton.
Starting Hallowe'en night at 11:59pm, Akon will spin the top music in the world into the hottest 99 minute mix of non-stop high-voltage hits.
From Gaga to Guetta; from Madonna to Rihanna - Akon's Hitlab will be Toronto's "destination" for Saturday night fun and dance.
Akon's Hitlab will also feature exclusive music from Hitlab.com, a new, interactive way for fans to discover new music and a resource for upcoming artists to promote their tracks. Listeners will vote to declare a weekly winner that will then face a new challenger the following week.
