Duet with Camélia Jordana

Alain Chamfort is back with "Bambou", 30 years after the original version, this time in duet with Camélia Jordana. Other female singers joined him on his new album Elles Et Lui, a duet album. Listen to his new single.

On April 16, Alain Chamfort will release his new album. No new songs on it since Une Vie Saint-Laurent in 2010. It'll be an album with his greatest hits. Not only a Best Of because Alain Chamfort invited female singers. Let's bet the best, like Gérard Lenorman with his new album Duos De Mes Chansons, that sold 300,000 copies in 5 months.

But Gérard Lenorman didn't inspire Alain Chamfort, his project was born more than one year ago. In May 2011, Alizée revealed that she recorded "Clara Veut La Lune". After her, the singer revealed the list : Inna Modja, Élodie Frégé, Claire Keim, Jenifer, Vanessa Paradis & the beautiful Fredrika Stahl. For the first single, Camélia Jordana will sing on "Bambou", originally released on Amour Année Zéro (1981). The song has been sent to radios. Let's wait for the video !

Alain Chamfort chose 3 producers for this electro-pop album : Jean-Pierre Pilot (Zazie, Alain Bashung & Brigitte Fontaine), Olivier Schultheis & William Rousseau. "The selection of songs show the modernity of Alain Chamfort's melodies" according to a communiqué.
