| this is the album to listen to. I listen to all my favorite songs and then when thay are over then I go back to the ones that I thought that I didn' t like that will and realize that they are just as good. Can't get enough of them.

Jared, Shannon, Tomo, and Matt really outdid themselves for this album, especially considering that Tomo was new to the band. They accomplished very successfully what they had hoped to acheive, which was not to see how much they could put on, but how little they could put in and still make it sound great. The music is on a whole seperate level from their first album, which was closer to space rock, full of synthesizing and out-there pedal effects. This album, on the other hand, is full of a rawer sound, something that hits a little closer to home when it comes to music communicating to people. The first album had been about escaping reality - this album is about the truths of our world and facing it and its "Beautiful Lies". This album deserves a ten in my book, and if you don't have it, I recommend buying it immediately. Go to 30secondstomars.com, bring your credit card, and they will show you the way.

 After I heard this CD I was officially hooked to 30 STM...which is a good thing! They did better on this CD than their other one, I think. It's got all these great songs.
The best one: Attack!!
Worst one: Erm...none of them!
