 Alizée Jacotey was born on August 21, 1984 in Ajaccio, Corsica. She spent a happy childhood with her parents & her little brother. She started dancing at 5 & also took acting & singing lessons. At 11, she won a contest, drawing a model for a plane. Later, she participated to "Graines De Star", performing Axelle Red's "Ma Prière" & winning twice. The red-haired singer Mylène Farmer chose Alizée as her protégée & the girl's debut single "Moi... Lolita", released in 2000, sold more than 1 million copies... » |
