We took a break and realized how much we missed and how good things really could be if we really worked at it. I saw him last weekend and he played this song for me and I couldn't help but cry. What an amazing song.

Alter Bridge is an awesome band. Creed is too. Myles Kennedy is an extremely talented vocalist, as is Scott Stapp. I don't have preferences of the two.

Creed was great in their time, and I see that their level of music has been passed on and still lives today in Alter Bridge, and the sound is as beautiful and pure as ever. The lyrics really moved me then. It brought tears to my eyes because I understand it, I get it and my mom is still alive. What first attracted me to the song was the melody. As Mark states in their website great songs start with a great melody. Creed is no more. Alter Bridge is evolution. I would never ask them to play a creed song even though I have some favorites. Mark mentions how this band clicked when Myles came aboard and it shows. I know that feeling as a musician and it is a all time high that you cant explain but must feel no matter how good you are as a musician. Rock on alter bridge and keep up the great work! Sucks that they play in Lincoln in two weeks and I will be out of town if Florida. Then they play in Floriday a week after I leave. bummage!

I lost my brother (28) about a month ago, and Alter Bridge was his fav band and he had gone to like 3 concerts. He played guitar and idolized mark tremonti (sorry if spelt it wrong). They played this at his wake, and i hadent really cried untill then cuz i knew the song... and now everytime i hear it i think about him, but in a good way, because i love him and thinking about him brings tears of joy to my eyes.

And right before they started Miles said "Id like to dedicate this song to Dan Baker" which was my brothers name who past away and I dont know how they knew but it was amazing... Id really like to thank them for that.

My best friend and I were listening to each other's iPods one day at the mall, and I mentioned that I had a sad song on there, and then he said if you want a sad song, here, and he played this for me. It really did make me cry and when I got into a fight with him a few weeks later, I played this song to remind me of how important he is to me. If I ever lost my best friend (whether through death or just losing touch), I'd play this song in honor of him. Good job Alter Bridge!
