Great band, I saw them with Taking Back Sunday on wednesday. He may not be AS funny as when he was with blink, but he still knows how to tell a joke, thats for sure.

My favorite track is The War, which they ended their show with.

okay right.. long story and you're gonna read it.. ALL!!!

so i can't stand blink 182 - the guys voice is whiney and horrible and i do not find pleasure listening to it - so i was like.. "im not going to like angels and airwaves"

ohhhh how wrong i was...

so we're at the foo fighters gig.. yes you heard correctly - their hyde park gig - biggest they've ever done... what an amazing day.. but anyway..

angels and airwaves are one of their support acts... and i swear they were the best ones there - he doesnt whine at all - its actually a nice thing to listen to!! and they have some sort of synth stuff too which i adore..

favourite song is distraction.... purely because i only know about 4 of their songs and thats the one i like the most - was brilliant live and the singer guy really got the crowd going with the lyrics - even though he mumbled and we had no idea what to sing back so it sounded like.. "fhfjhhh, sajdhasydgdjhdfhsdu distraction" but yeah thats it.

as much as i miss blink, angels & airwaves definitely make up for them, they're a great band and i love Tom DeLonge's voice

the only thing i can fault them with is that they're a little samey, it's hard to tell the songs on their albums apart, although Do It For Me Now and A Little's Enough are both great a good substitution for Blink

I agree, sometimes the blink factor is ten times better then the stuff Tom did with out the other two but as time goes on my iTunes tally is going up. According to how many times Ive played a song (when ive been in the mood), my fav ones are Distraction, The gift, and Do it for me now, which have all been played at least 30 times each. I think that even though it may seem like the songs sound the same, I found that I still have selective songs for moods im in.

omg, i love blink-182 and i was soooooooo mad that they broke up, but like others have said, angels and airwaves makes up for it a ton, and i cant stand it when peeps diss them. they totally rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love angels and airwaves and my fave song by them is do it for me now.
and my fave line from the adventure is "i can not live i cant breathe unless u do this with me"
yeah and I hate it when peeps diss FAll out boy (best band IN THE WorlD!) but hey blink182girlxxl, it happens. just get over it like i sort of did. kind of. not really. yeah im still angry. nvm. forget i said anything.

it pisses me off so much that blink 182 split up and tom made sucha horrible band like angels and airwaves suck i like plus 44 and box car racer is amazing but tom delonge is just not funny anymore.

ok blink 182 was much better. their songs that not was humoristic is a little like angels and airwaves, spesially i'm lost without you. but the different is that blink was fun. ava isn't. i like them anyway but it's not the same. but i'm happy that it's a new band with tom de'longe cause i really love his voice.

I think Angels and airwaves are the best band ever!! I'm listening to them all the time, and I love them so much!!
Anyone how know when they come to Sweden?! I wanna see them live! Please tell me if you know when they come!

AVA rocks! so does blink-182. btw anyone heard of their new cd "I-Empire". One of the songs in the album is "Star Of Bethlehem". Check it out somehow

I just want to say that: I LOVE ANGELS AND AIRWAVES!! It is the best band ever! I'm feeling good when I listen to them. And I can't wait for the new album in october.

Just saw them last night, and they really delivered, especially Tom.
Although, he didn't speak until after like 6 songs, when he did speak, it was heavenly.
They played Reckless Abandon by Blink-182, and My First Punk Song by Boxcar Racer, which were excellent.
He told his story that he always tells about the boy and the girl falling in love, and made a joke about her vagina, it seems he's really happy, and although it's sad about Blink-182 splitting up, if Angels and Airwaves perform like this every night, then it's okay, it's alright if they split up, for something as incredible as this.

Angels and Airwaves is the best band ever!
There lyrics inspire me everyday.
Honestly, Tom DeLonge is the most amazing songwriter alive.
He just had this way of writing that hits your soul,
you know?
