it depresses me that no one has reviewed this song yet. i have to say that this is by far my favorite ani song. i love her work. she is absolutely fabulous. she just knows what to say it and SAYS it. and she does it with such eloquence and grace and fluidity. and this song... the words are just so perfect and it is the quintessential life song.

how much more perfect can you get than that? it is so true, and so raw and so there.
ahh this song is beautiful. and it's basically just ani and her guitar, like most of her great pieces. and it just eminates a kind of deeper meaning. like, this song can put me to sleep, but it also can make me cry. it can make me want to dance. and it can make me want to write. and i love that about ani difranco's music. it truly is art that inspires.

i just hope it was okay
