5,464 posts	i adore this band, the more i listen to that album, the more i love it the lyrics are the thing i love the most, they're so well constructed and even though they're so English, they translate well to everyone the lyrics are so damn clever and so funny and the music just backs them up perfectly

927 posts	A great sounding band. But unfortunately I think that they aren't as AMAZING as all the hype pushed me to believe. Surely something labelled as the biggest thing out of the UK since the Beatles would entail something more than sharp lyrics and sharper sounds? Still love em though, and great for dancing

252 posts	I love the Arctic Monkeys. Their album rocks except before buying it I downloaded different versions of 'When The Sun Goes Down' , 'Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor' and 'A Certain Romance' and I think they sounded slightly better than the album version. Still, great band.

17,341 posts	It hurts me to like a band which was surrounded by so much hype, but i really do like them. They're original.. and there's something quite clever, but at the same time very simple about them. Plus i need to support the northern music
