Franklin, and her mother Barbara Siggers Franklin was a gospel singer. | 5 posts | Song comment @ Think This song is, without a doubt, Franklin at her best. It and Respect are two of the greatest songs of all time, and definitely the best of this generation. Franklin's got gorgeous vocals and melodies. Her lyrics may not be the best here, but they feature a similar theme to that of Respect, minus the spelling. This is a great song, and Franklin's a great artist. |
