France Gall biography
France Gall (real name Isabelle Gall) was born on October 7, 1947 in Paris, France. Her father Robert Gall was a composer for Charles Aznavour. When France was very young, she learnt piano & guitar. In 1962, she recorded her first 7", then she left school & was revealed by the song "Sacré Charlemagne". In 1965, she represented Luxembourg for the Eurovision Song Contest & won with "Poupée De Cire, Poupée De Son", written by Serge Gainsbourg.
