 Jean-Jacques Goldman was born on October 11, 1951 in Paris, France. His father was Polish & his mother was German. When he was young, he played the violin, the piano & the guitar, then he studied sociology. In 1975, back from military service, he married Catherine & got 3 children (Caroline, born in 1977, Michael, born in 1979 & Nina, born in 1984).
