Maurizio Bassi was the man who did all the composing and singing. The person who was the 'front' of Baltimora was Jimmy McShane (born on May 23, 1957 & dead on March 29, 1995).

The first Baltimora release, "Tarzan Boy", was a massive hit in Europe and even made it in the USA, which was unusual for an Italo-Disco artist.
