AboutBarroquejón was a rock-pop-metal band who had a love for "The Lord of The Rings" and Roxette which influenced many of their songs. A memorable track was a cover of Per Gessle's "Wish You The Best" produced excellently. Fronted by David Hanus in Chile who performed all the vocals, instruments and productions. In approximately 2008 it was discovered he had leukemia, he tragically died from cancer on the 09 of February 2009. He had been working on his sophomore album entitled "Soundtrack to my End" since 2005 which foreshadowed the end of his life. Formally, he never released it; however, he has allowed some fans to listen to the tracks before his passing.
