| well this is a great song, not unlike all of his other songs. Of course he sang it with passion  : hes saving someones life... how could you not be passionate about it... ahh someones gonna spend the rest of their life in jail for something they didnt do? meh, it all happens for a reason...

I love this song. I've been listening to Dylans stuff for a while but have only just found Hurricane it's an amazing song. Focuses more on what actually happend, (unlike the film) Carter's out of prison now but only because there was some unreliable evidence at the time. He still has the charge for murdering three people. (even though it's proven he wasn't even in the same state as the people that were murdered)

I first heard this song on my plane trip from Phuket to Bangkok. I loooove this song so much. Isn't this Dylan the one we love: the raging political figure? My favorite part of the song are these lines:

what a song! i love bob dylan and this has got to be his best song and the film it comes from is great aswell but the film doesn't play the hole song which i think it should seen as though the song is based on the main character from the film the hurricaine overall this is the greatest song ever wrote in my opinion |
