 After the failure of his fourth album, the Perpignan-born singer goes from EMI to Wagram. Cali will release his fifth studio album soon.His previous album, unnoticed despite his long title, La Vie Est Une Truite Arc-En-Ciel Qui Nage Dans Mon Cœur, released in November 2010, only sold 26,000 copies. Too few. He left EMI but quickly find another label. In June, Cali signed to Wagram Music for 2 albums, according to musique-info. The small label produces French artists like Dominique A, Corneille, Orelsan & Saez. "The Perpignan-born singer, signed to Labels in 2003 with L'Amour Parfait (500,000 copies sold), continued with Virgin France, until he broke his contract with the parent company EMI France & signed to Wagram" according to the site. His fifth studio album should come out in November, on the label "recently offered to Emmanuel Perrot (Cinq7 & Urban Pop co-head) & Juan Tamayo (formerly from Chrysalis)" according to Musique Info.
