AboutCali (real name Bruno Caliciuri) is a French actor, guitarist & singer-songwriter, born on June 28, 1968 in Perpignan, France. A rugby fan, he played this sport during 15 years, but also discovered music listening to The Clash, Simple Minds & U2. After a concert, Cali decided to play the guitar. He went on tour with various bands from the region.
In 1994, he joined the band Indy who went on tour & released 2 albums. In 1996, he joined the band Tom Scarlett & played with them during 5 years. Then he started his solo career, as Bénabar's supporting act. In 2002, Cali signed to EMI/Virgin France & released his debut album L'Amour Parfait the following year, including the song "C'Est Quand Le Bonheur". This album contained 13 songs about love. Late 2005, Cali was back with his second album Menteur & 12 songs about break-up. In 2008, with his third studio album L'Espoir, he talked about 14 slices of life.
