Second album in September

 Singer Cassie, revealed in 2006 with the hit "Me & U" & her first album with 321,000 copies sold in the States, will be back in September with her second album, helped by Diddy.
The head of the label Bad Boy, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, confirmed that Cassie, real name Cassandra Ventura, born on August 26, 1986, will be back in September with her second album, helped by Ryan Leslie, Seven, Mario Winans, Bryan-Michael Cox & Eric Hudson. "It's going to amaze the audience. People are waiting for a new Britney Spears, a new Janet Jackson, 2 great artists who opened the way... Cassie's got a single named "Official Girl", produced by Danja & it's big !" her producer said. "I think that 2 years ago, she wasn't ready. We put her in the spotlight to make her an artist - it happens to new artists. We learnt the lesson & prepared it, one year & half. People will see her & the way she got metamorphosed" he added.
The American singer released her first self-titled album in 2006 & sold 321,000 copies in the States, including her single "Me & U" (N°3 in the States & N°8 in France in 2006) & the follow-up "Long Way 2 Go" (N°21 in 2007).
