 237 posts | This is the best album i bought in 2007 by far. The first single 'Taking Chances' is amazing, and not even (in my opinion) the best on the album!
My favourites are 'Eyes on me', 'This time', 'Surprise surprise', and 'Fade away', but there arent any bad songs on this album. I would thoroughly recommend that you buy it, even if you arent (for whatever foolish reason!) a big fan of Celine. It has many different kinds of song on there, from the rockier 'Cant fight the feeling' to the ballads such as 'Right next to the right one' & 'A world to believe in'. 'Eyes on me' sounds a bit Shakira-ish, and Celine sings it amazingly. 'This time' sounds a bit like an evanescence song (not surprising, as Ben Moody of Evanescence co wrote & produced it), and its subject matter (however sombre) is covered perfectly. Celine has outdone herself yet again, and i think this is her best album yet. We love you Celine!! |
