The case is classic, I mean have you ever heard of Columbine. Anyways, red symbolizes blood and death so when they say his sight goes red they mean hes basically going insane. I dont love the band, but it has a good tune, decent lyrics, good vocals, and a solid rhythm section. Nothing not to like, but I wouldnt listen to it too often. It doesnt deserve such a high rating.
