I'm not sure if I understood it correctly, but in my opinion the song is about pedophilia. "You trust, you must confess", "Is someone getting the best of you". To me it sounds like a song made for children that have been abused. They should tell someone about it, and not keep it inside. Pedophilia is an awful thing. The message that this song sends is important. Children are fragile and pure. There is so much cruelty in this world, and a song about it is proppably the best way to make people realize it.
