Honestly how can you haye this song? A teacher died at my school last year in a car accident. His wife asked our school sign choir to sign this song for him(memory). And we did then the song touched many people's lives by just the lyrics alone and the meaning. |

The song it terrific. I absolutely love it. I heard it a long time ago. Recently, I heard him perform it on "Ally mcBeal" and with the story line (Josh Groban's character losses his mother and turns from music cause it's too painful), I cried like a baby. Now, I think of my grand-mother everytime I hear the song   . It is absolutely beautiful, as is himself and all his songs.

This song is amazing. Anyone who's lost a loved one feels exactly what the lyrics say. His voice is amazing, his band is outstanding, his lyrics can leave one breathless, and the music is just phenomenal. I know it's an opinion thing if you like a song or not, but to say it's bad, you'd honestly have to be daft. |

Hands down... Josh is nothing short of phenomenal... and this song is a classic. I'd even argue that it's better than You Raise Me Up... I like these lyrics better as a whole,and though they fit perfectly with losing a loved one, and I prefer them in that context, they can also fit with the theme of missing somebody, and being a little too far from the one you love.
Neverthless, what an album to come out with! And for it to be your first?!
This boy is gonna go places...!
(Anybody else think that he should sing the "Phantom of the Opera"?!)

Wow!!! I first heard this song about 2 and a half years ago, and I personally have never heard such an amazing song. Now before I drone on I must confess I'm not a huge opera music fan but this song blew me away. Although I think in a lot of cercumstances it helps to understand and apreciate the song more if it has a personal link, as this has for me. From the first time I heard it till the present day this song continues to bring a tear to my eye, although it does have a sence of positivity. Unfortunately Josh Groban is not that well known in the UK and it was untill last week whilst channel hopping I discovered another song of his. It is a shame because he deserves a lot more publicity that he acctually has in the UK.
The bottom line: An awsome song. |
