They played this song over and over till I got tired of it. After not hearing it almost every day and actually being abel to hear their other songs it's definitly on the top of my list. Although, my absolute favorite Evanescence song is Imaginary the reast is all good.

218 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal I had always pictured the video (before I saw it) to begin with an ivy covered old castle or mansion with a young girl peering through the gates and then switching to Amy singing in a old style deep blood red dress, long black hair contrasting with her pale skin. Then as the chorus begins it switches back to the girl being caught in the palace grounds by a handsome man, a vampire. She fights him, but he is too strong and overcomes her. Each scene would slowly begin to reveal the story, which in my opinion was one of love. The man who 'changed' her loved her, but she would not love him, she longed for a mortal who she believed she COULD love. Eventually as the ages slip by, she discovers love was right in front of her, yet her hatred of him for taking away from Life would not let her see it. The final scene would show the young girl running (not fearfully) home, leaving the viewer wondering if it happened or not. I seem to have an overactive imagination. There is nothing wrong with the video as it is, I just 'saw' it within my mind different. I guess I've read too many Amelia Atwater-Rhodes books!
