vocal I also wondered who the female singer was and after having searched the Internet I came to the conclusion that it's the two chicks from t.A.t.U.
Once I heard their name it was like a little bell going ding-ding inside my head. If you listen closely to the female voice as she sings, you'll notice there's a slight accent much like the one the t.A.t.U girls have when singing the English versions of their songs.
I also believe that the girl singing "What I thought was a dream" isn't the same as the one singing "I made a mistake".
A very nice song indeed. Nice to hear a rapper sing about sad subjects without using swear words and bragging about bling-bling.
Only one person comes this close.. Eminem. His sad songs are just as good.
Great rhythm, great melody, great instruments, great lyrics and great vocals.

Ps. The group is called Flipsyde. Piper is part of the group. Note the part where he sings "Would you have been a little rapper like your papa The Piper?" Obviously, he is Piper and is singing about how he regret going through with an abortion earlier in his life. Not on himself, of course, but on his girlfriend or whatever.
Point being.. the artist should be "Flipsyde feat. t.A.t.U."

vocal The first time that I heard this song I started crying. It is very emotional and I can't even imagine how emotional it would be if I listened to as a woman that has had an abortion. Even reading the lyrics now brought tears to my eyes. This is a very good song.
