vocal this song is actually pretty good. I think their vocalist has a really good voice. She can really scream. Although I'm not a big fan of heavy rock, this is good.

vocal love this song but shes not the best or even the first female rock vocalist. her screaming is good but it doesnt sound much like actual screaming if you get my drift. More like someone just trying to scream, which I dont like, I prefer it when it sounds...natural I suppose lol.
Anyhoo Otep, Guano Apes, Distillers, My Ruin and Arch Enemy all have female singers who can scream better than this girl
Sorry. I don't doubt this band is talented and cathcy, but I don't get all the hype. She's not the first girl to front a band, she's not the first girl to scream. I think the whole thing about her being a chick overshadows the rest of the band at times. Everyone's so impressed. I think I'd be more impressed if she didn't sound like Avril. She sounds like chick, not a woman. Big difference. If you wanna hear a woman who can sing and howl with the best of them, check out Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders. The music may not be as "hardcore", but she's a true talent and a genuine rocker. And I do like the music Flyleaf plays, I'm not trying to shit-talk or anything. I just tire of the constant "female-rocker" comments. It's a band, not one person.

Well i bought the CD to rock out then after that, All you here is this christian stuff , that i would have never bought if i knew that the whole CD was going to be like that, there are a few other okay songs but most of them suck they have awesome beats and crap but i don't like hearing crap about religion:, so much for metal all they wanted was to fucking trick you into buying it so they can fucking try to rub there stupid religion crap on you that is fucking bullshit!!! i don't mean for anyone to take my opinon personal, i understand some are into religion, but i am agnostic and i have know clue what to believe the bible has been changed around so much, that i just can't follow it... so please don't take it personal i am just sick of even hearing about religion (i don't even know if that is spelled right)

The awesome thing is, the sound rocks my face off but the lyrics touch me too. She's saying how sick she is of the way she is and the way she acts...man's sinful nature IS sickening. I think it's really cool because that's the way I feel too. I'm just so tired of the way I'm living right now...separated from God. My heart should be totally focused on Him, but instead it's on wordly things like popularity and clothes and stuff.
