| it's a great song... but i don't understand the video... it has nothing to do with the lyrics. but it is a really good song and it really touches me because i think it's a turn in the corny love songs that we have to hear every day in the radio. it has meaning and depth, which is something the others don't. and i can really see a person i know saying these things to me, so i understand it and i know that it's real, somebody really felt it when it was written. really good song. | | 12-06-2004 19:49 beanster |

| Absolutely love this song! I downloaded and played it to my husband, it describes our relationship to a tee. I was a real bitch to him and almost lost him because of it. | ok, for the people who said he hits the girl in the video and therefore doesnt help with the robbery, and changes.... ummm... i donno what video you were watching!!! The other people are right, the whole thing was staged, notice how u actually dont ever see him hit her, the van is in the way. he is making a distraction while the others steal the ruby. and then he drives off to bring the police away from the scene. then once the ruby has been taken she just gets up, and jump on the bike with the other guy and they all drive off... the perfect crime. so yeah i agree, the video doesnt seem to have much to do with the song. unless its some kinda of past reflection saying "this is how i was before i met you (some new person)" but thats kinda clutching at straws!! theres nothing there at all to suggest that. anyways, this post is near the back, wheras that crazy interpretation of the video is on the first page, so i hope at least some of the people who read it and believed it come back here and see they were probably wrong. | | 17-06-2004 02:07 fUnNaYfUnNaY3 |
