I couldn't find anything wrong with this song even if my life depended on it. I heard Paul McCartney sing it live last year during his tour, and it was just incredible. My dog is named after this song, because it's just that great Pink_Floyd_Fan - Yes, the song was written to comfort Julian about his parents' divorce, but John is NOT insensitive! Oh, and Yoko made him happy, and she does a great job managing his music today. Oh, and by the way, LucyLou- How can you say they're not influential or superstars? There are facts and direct quotes that prove your statement wrong. All of their songs are perfect, and I'm sorry that listening to something so amazing makes you want to hurt yourself. And how can you hate their accents so much? You live in the UK, you must be used to it.

Most 14 year olds are supposed to run away from the beatles because their parents are obsessed...but just ommgg!!!# I watched the film 'across the universe' a few weeks back and its the most amazing film I've ever seen! It brought a new love of the beatles songs, there's a few a dont like but out of them all I freaking love this one, strawberry fields forever, it wont be long, let it be and all you need is love. =D xxx
