ok..please tell me you guys are joking when you say that this song.. and artists are good (yes amy lee is included)... personally im not a fan of the lyrics that are for example.. (im broken.. look into my soul) type of stuff.. this song fits that catergory.. the song writing is horrible.. the singing is sub-par.. seethers front man is not a good one at that.. amy lee.. is just.. a laughable figure.. along with both of these bands.. them along with almost every band on the radio right now.. are just plain pathetic..
what im trying to say is.. just because the radio feeds you this garbage.. you dont have to listen to it.. go and search out for new things.. there a way better bands out there.. with "can you believe it" better lyrics.. song writing.. and you know they actually put there emotions into the songs.. unlike these bands on the radio.. which have someone else write there own stuff.. yes kids it happens..
but dont let the radio tell you what your supposed to like.. find it out for yourself.. goto local shows.. search for bands.. and then make the decision yourself.. which is better..

| So what music do you listen to the_stars_shine? If there's so much better bands out there, why don't you tell us what they are?
Of course pop and hip hop artists get other people to write songs for them (well more accurately companies get other people to sing/take credit for songs for them) but that's not the case with this song, and I would assume most people who like this kind of song (rock) wouldn't like that fake kind of music anyway. You'd be better off posting that rant on Justin Timberlake or people like that's songs. |

for the one with amy lee goes to the other 6000+ threads on it
the original version by seether got no radio play and the one with amy lee got radio play because of amy lee (im not so much a big fan of that version of the song)
the point is i like the song...its raw, emotional...simple yes...but theres a certain beauty in simplicity
p.s. anyone refering to amy lee in this particular thread sucks at the internet |

| My boyfriend has a crappy family life and he is always feeling down and depressed...one night when things were really bad this song came on the radio and now everytime we're together it comes on so it is now our song (I know its cheesy to have a song but hey it describes things so well). I love this song...its so vulnerable. |

Are u guys kidding..? the version with Amy is about a billion times better. That long haired dude from seether needs a haircut and a lifetime of "hooked on phonics"
