It's a great song, and the lyrics aren't about being "mentally challenged" or dissing the Mentally challenged at ALL. If you wanna get offended by that watch South Park. This is just about being silly and crazy and out of controll...like when your friends call you retarded for doing something stupid or funny. It's no different. The song's just telling you to get rid of all your inhibitations and have FUN and not to care about what other people think if you do. I love this song, it has a great beat and is very danceable.
