All you people out there who have come here to write bad stuff about hilary duff should back off. she is one of the last singers left that actually DOSEN"T CUSS! in case u haven't noticed, this is kinda good! i also think that her singing is better than her acting. she is a "clean" singer just trying to start her career off right and if you ask me, i think she has done a pretty good job. now i have said what i wanted to say and all you hilary haters can now trash her some more cuz i can't do anything about it.
This is a good song, she CAN sing, and shes pretty and she seem sooooooo nice and hasnt gone all diva just coz shes got a record deal like J.LO I mean hello!!! Jenny from the block whos she tryna kid.
Erm Hilary rocks her songs are good even tho she dont write them she puts effort in!!!
ok. so heres my 50 cents worth.
Hilary duff can sing - if she couldn't she wouldnt have a record deal, BUT im not saying she is a good singer - because she isnt - but then she's only 16 and with alot more work could probably get somewhere. and to all the people out there who think shes just the bestest singer in the whole wide world - none of her songs even made the top 100 in Oceania and i'b be very suprised if she topped the Billboards for more than a month (longest running is Cher with Believe, 23 consectutive weeks). Hilary Duff might have gone gold or even platium but she aint all that and a bag of potato chips. And last but not least; for all the people who are slamming the style of music she sings - its targeted at the mainstream pop culture - eg. 7 - 13 year olds. if you dont fit that discription then im sorry, but go read the lyrics of people you actually like.
I dont hate her, coz a couple of her songs are kinda catchy if you wanna be taken back to your teeny bopper days. But I dont love her coz I think she cant act, she sings better than she acts. She seems a bit fake to me and a bit too innocent. But hey, if she thinks she can act, its all good. Gives people somethin to laugh at.
Also, I think she's doin something she likes, she's havin fun doing it and she's gettin paid a mint for it too. How many of us can say we've found our dream job at 16 years old?

Well I don't hate Hilary Duff but I don't love her either. But it's just that.. when my girlfriend and I broke up I found Come Clean. I downloaded it, listened and suddenly I was happy. So I listen to Hilary Duff 'cause she makes me happy. And she is a little hot

The only reason Hilary Duff got to record an album is because she looks good. I'll admit "Come Clean" is a pretty catchy song, but that doesn't mean the girl can sing...! But then again, you obviously don't have to be a good singer to be concidered a good singer these days...
