But i liked it more before it was a single. Cuz when i got the CD rite when it came out i listened to it and i just remember hearing the line "We can live like jack and sally if we want, where you can alwayz find me. we'll hav halloween on christmas." and i fell in love with the song cuz The Nightmare Before Christmas is the best movie ever and if theres a really good song that had a line about that movie. even better

| I wish Blink 182 had added another stanza at the end. Instead of chorus, chorus, chorus why not have it chorus, stanza, chorus.
The lyrics are good, but I feel like the 'story' they told was incomplete. There's no resolution; no ending. The last line: "Stop this pain tonight" is good, but I feel like... "that's it? what happens?"
Perhaps I need to spend more time studying the text.
The lyrics are pretty sad, regardless. The video wasn't that great either! This song rocks.
