25 posts | The Hands Down you like...is that from "A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar" OR from "So Impossible EP"? There are two different versions...Also while Hands Down (old version) is a good song dig deeper into the Dashboard vault...you will find MUCH better...  |

i am flawed, but i am cleaning up so well and i am seeing in me now the things you swore you saw yourself... i love that part of the song, it has so much emotional memory attached for so many people im sure, personally i had an ex sing me that part of the song and i couldnt help but cry... seriously meaningful and dashboard just catches it |

Since I live under a rock in NZ, this is the first song of theirs to come out, and it hasn't been out very long. It sounds very mainstream. But it's a good song nevertheless. I had no idea it was on the Spiderman 2 soundtrack, I even saw the movie and can't remember it being on there, until I bought the single yesterday and it said on the cover "from Spiderman 2!!" I really don't get why that matters. Anyway, it has lovely accoustic versions of Hands Down and the Warmth of The Sand. I think what he's trying to say and how it fits in with "Spiderman" is that he is selfish and flawed, but he is on the right side and he's not to blame. Who knows. |
