I spent twenty minutes in the FYE trying to find the CD, and then some lady finally says "You do know that Shinedown is heavy metal right?" and I go "They are?" I felt so dumb. So then I found it and spent another twenty minutes listening to the thirty minute clips of all the songs on it and now I lurve the WHOLE album!

I think its about hope after hitting rock bottom.It reminds me of a caraccident i was in with a friend, I lost my best friend, but I walked away with a bruise on my head and nothin else. For months I would sit and consider why i shouldnt end my life. My real fathers in prison, my mom is an alcoholic and I never see my brothers or sister.I pretty much lost everything I had.......But I heard this song and it gave me hope....Sorry for the sob story but just sharing my experience.-->Shinedown: kickass band. Rock on

"lost in the crowd" is my favorite. this song is on the radio now and it pisses me off. i like them way before it came out and now everyone is like 'have you heard that new shinedown song?' and im like 'NEW?'. it came out a while ago but the radio had just recently decided to butcher it.

21,489 posts	Yeah, it annoying!! Hehe.. For example Maroon 5.. I've had the album for about 5-6 months, and NOW everybody likes them.. But when I first played it to my friends, they didn't care much for it.. But now that it's popular.. Argh!
