Here you go, create another fable is about domestic abuse. Put a little makeup to hide the scars from the shakeup is saying to hide the bruises from the night/day before. Create another fable, lie, as many people do when they are domestically abused about found bruises or scars. Self-righteous suicide would be to commit suicide in spite of someone. The one being abused committed suicide becuase that was the only way for them to get back at the person who beat them. I'm not saying thats true, thats what many people who are abused think though. The other verse of the song could be about the genocide, I dont know. Chop Suey also means: A collection of various items, parts, or ingredients, especially one composed of diverse literary works. Which could explain for the two things being talked about in one song
