I love this song.  I dated a guy named Johnny and this was our song. most every couple has their favorite song or the song they first danced to or whatever but this one was ours. |

Wow, I hate country music as a whole but this song is absolutely incredible. Many props to Tim McGraw for this one, VERY well done. |

| this song is one of my favorite country songs ever...i love how tim sings about a little 8 year old boy growing up with the same girl and with the same love for the girl and not wanting to give her up for anything, whether it's his best friend when he's 8, anything he owns when he's 18, and his life when he's 23. it's great!!!!! |

| Actually, when he's 8, he wants to give her up for his best friends. His views changed when he turned 18 but when he's 8, he would be willing to take any boy out there instead of her because he hadn't reached the age yet where he gets those types of feelings. |

This is my all-time fav.. song...It was mine and my daddys song...he passed away 2 years ago...even though I wasnt his wife...He always said I was the love of his life!!! I am really happy to see how many other people love this song

along with lonestar's Amazed, this is one of the few country songs i really love. i usually listen to things like my chemical romance and pray for the soul of betty... like punk and rock and stuff like that. but with songs like these, you have no choice but to love them. This song REALLY touches me and it's probably my first or second fave country songs. |

| this song remindes me of this girl i really really love and would seriously die or kill for her this may sound stupid because i'm olny 12 but i love her and she is a wonderful person who's preety and funny and she can always keep my smiling even if i was sad about somthing like a family member dying or somthing. but that fun may be cut short at anytime because she has a tomer wrapped around her spine and they can't remove it or else she cant walk it's not harmful thank god but it could be at anytime i just hope its not for another 500 years lol. i could write about her all night but you guys would get annoyed so i'll cut it short i would love to get an email from you |
