But that doesn't mean that you can go around on polls, which encourage the memory of Kurt Cobain, and bag them like that. It is completely unjust to say that they fucked up the world. In my opinion it is negative people like you who fuck up the world. I agree with you when you say : Nirvana didn't change the world. Because I believe No music can change the world. Only people like activists like the legendary Martin Luther King change the world. To change the world is a full time commitment, it takes 24 hours of your life every day, you have to go out and chain your self to trees, stop buildings being made, protest against wars. Everyone is entitltled to their own tastes, even if yours differ. I'm not coming on here saying you are a bad person for saying that, but i am saying you had no right in saying that anyone who likes nirvana is a wanka and is fucked in the head. No nirvana aren't world changing, but they are life changing. In small ways Nirvana can change different peoples lives. Not everyones lives, but a lot of peoples lives. Personally I'm not the biggest Nirvana fan, i enjoy their lyrics, but i'm not a big fan. I like about 6 of their songs. I never got into them. But show a little compassion. It is good that you feel so strongly about something, but next time, channel that into protesting against world poverty or something like that, compared to something as trivial as whether or not you think a band and its fans are fucked in the head and everyone should think like you, because you are the be - in and end all, because truthfully you are not. While Courtney tried to stay sober, Kurt would be staying a drug dealers houses shooting up or babbling mindlessly on the couch, completely wasted. He planned his suicide for a while. Everything overwhelmed him and he was a self destructive lunatic. HSB is not a mock lovesong, its a true lovesong. Courtney did everything in her power to help, and was dealing with her own drug problems, but Kurt pushed himself over the edge. Since he killed himself, Courtney lost all restraint and has become the psyco we know today.
