6 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal While a good song overall, I think it gets too much credit. The lyrics are, in fact, amazing, the melody's decent. However, I don't think I can say anything more about the melody except that the instrumentation and rhythm are passable. Green Day's singer sounds like he has chronic nasal congestion, and that's not a pleasing sound.
