I am so sorry about your wife. i do not think that the song glorifies suicide. When he died it showed how much it affected her. If he did not die then maybe they could of gotten together and had a good life. |

Im a Tool, Disturbed, A Perfect Circle, Allison Krauss Fan...go figure lol - I dont think this song glorifies suicide- as some of U have said....it's a simple- but beautiful melody that spits in your face what life is all about for some.....and it does it soo sweetly that it makes U really listen. Of course, they could have used a "bubble gum" Shania Twain melody to relay the messege, but it would have had NO effect. Cheers, I think Ill have a toddy n have another listen. |

I liked that song it is pretty but I think that how bad it is that that they had drink and comite suicide to solve there problems he sound really great in it with allison krauss I love it!!

this song is great so is the video catch it on cmt i love the words i sleep with my radio on at night and wake up instantly out of a sound sleep when they say its coming on on 925 i dont know how i just do but think about it on a different level if u have seen the video u know he kills himself because he goes away to the army and she says go and when u come back well have our family well he comes back and finds her cheating on him so he dies and then she dies but befor i saw that i thought wouldnt it be different if they just told each other how much they loved each other and how they couldnt live without each other literally girls never cheat on ur loves or anybody for that matter u wouldnt like it so why should they and u may regret it i sure did |

Great song. It's so different from the typical slow love song. Really sad but also a great testament to how true love can be, even more than any of us like to admit in our lives. They say "love conquers all" and this song is a great testament to that |

| I HATE to hear about all your deaths, i'm crying 4 you. me on the other hand feels like them. See i got me heart broken and i just feel like dying. i've thought of ways to kill my self. i'm obsevred how easy it would be. If someone needs to know how to die i can tell ya. First off I'd like to say the Song is a beautiful piece, Brad and Allison make it worth wild to listen to if any of you have see the video it's really sad... Everytime i hear this song it makes me cry and the tears just fall from my eyes I don't know Sometimes it give me a feeling of what could happen in the future. But this is me and my Sister In laws fav Song and whenever we hear it on the radio we turn it up and sing with it Hopefully Brad and Allison will make anothing song simillar to this song. |
