I don't get this song? My friend Vanessa made me listen to it and at first I thought it was a good song.
The meaning is apparent. But its so depressing. How could anyone play this one on repeat in their CD player? This song makes me want to shoot myself in the headm if not at least my foot. 
You have to wonder how many people have commited after listening to it.
It serves no purpose but to demoralize, with no happy ending and no underlying theme but about a person who hates themself and their life.
Adam's Song by Blink182 is a much better choice of song for this kind of topic. At least at the end it leaves the listener with a sense that "tomorrow will be better," while this song is so pessimistic.
The piano is adds great effect but is this really Simple Plan? I love Simple Plan regardless my friends don't. But this doesn't give them any more credit. I'm not suicidal and I'm never THAT depressed.

how can i explain,.. lets just say from the way of hope..life.... cuz look.. the gist of the song, that he is tired of life, and he cant stand the pain...
so what he meant by that part, that he'd fall from the edge, he lost the way... |

yes the song is about car crash...i ve watched the video...in the video a drunker's car crashes in a teenager girl's car on the road, when two cars crash together, all the people in the girl's family fly up just like in the accident...i really like this part...and pierre is a ghost singing along the whole video...it's quite a sad mv indeed... |
