I was just driving in my jeep one day with Switchfoot on my radio. and for what ever reason, I just reached over and push the seek button to song 9. and just like the other song by Switchfoot " This is your life" I was blown away...I do agree with the person who has the long post on here, but to me this song just reminds me of that special person in my life that I still want to be with...

11 posts	when it comes to this song I am at a loss for words. In my opinion by far the best song switchfoot has ever written. I dunno why but everytime i hear this song i cry. maybe bcuz it is simply me. in a way it is like the lyrics are how i feel inside. i dunno maybe im just stuck in my rambiling thoughts (shrug) anyway, mad props to them not only for a fantastic song and cd but they are amazing to see live!!!!! *- paper heart*

1 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal it's funny. i'm from london and during the weekend i was in new york. while i was in new york i wnated 2 buy the switchfoot album because i had heard some of their songs and loved them. i went to a cd store and was looking around for ages in the rock section for the ablum. i just couldn't find it any where so in the end i had to ask and to my surprise they said o yeah its in the christian section. i had no idea they music was based around religion. When i listen to the lyrics i feel that it gives many different messages. but i think its brilliant that a bad can do that in such a powerful way!! i realli repect them for that.

It all depends on the situation of the person and how they feel and relate to the song. I believe in God but this song means a lot more to me on a more personal level.
