Brilliant song. I'm really glad that Christian bands are getting out there to spread the Good News around. The lyrics were meaningful, rhythmic flow was balanced... Job well done. |

What this song says to me is that we aren't here just to sit back as Christians and watch non- christians mess up their lives. We were meant to live for sao much more! We have to get up and let people know we are christians, and turn them away from the path they are on. Near the end of the song, it says "we were more than this world's got to offer." God put us to the ultimate Survival of the Fitest, and 1.3 out of7 billion people, only 19 percent of the world are christians, and how many of the 1.3 billion are going to heaven? Only 19%, we have to make an attempt to have 100% go to heaven. We were meant to live to minister the gospel, the good news, the word, or whatever other title you give the bible. We were meant to live for so much more, have we lost ourselves. If you don't know why you're here as a christian than you've lost yourself, but we ahve to make an attempt to minister. Ministry doesn't mean foreign countries, you can minister right in your neighborhood, but one last thing, do you have ADHD for Christ??? |

A very deep meaningful song. I love how it has it's slow quiet parts and it's louder faster chorus. A rare song that sounds good whether you play it quiet or loud. I personally prefer loud  . |

| this is like the best time of my life. i'm a christian and proud of it (i'm not perfect mind you) and it's sooooooooooo cool that there's lots of coolchristian bands coming out now, switchfoot being one of them. Glod bless ALL of them!  |

| its this whole "christian band" thing that puts unbelievers off. can we not put switchfoot in a box? jesus didn't die for a few tunes, so its not "christian" music, its just the guys who are saved.. their music is universal & everyone can relate to it. lets stop crying "they're christian" as if they belong to our political party or something. no. let the music touch everyone where they're at.
"As a musician I guess the only thing I would ask from a listener is to put the CD in, close your eyes and forget about all the peripherals," says Jon Foreman.
