Coldplay leader, Chris Martin, recently announced that his band wouldn't go further, & next year, the band will split so other members will do something else...
Chris Martin recently announced that Coldplay, formed 10 years ago, will split next year. "I'm 31 & I don't think that a band should continue when I'm 33" he said. "We're trying to do the best, until next year. I don't think that a band should take a long pause during years. We still have our hair & we're at ease, let's make the best we can."
Their latest album Viva La Vida Or Death & All His Friends sold more than 5 million copies all around the world. "We're currently the best band ever because the others are on holiday. When U2 & Green Day are gone, we take their place."
When U2 & Green Day, older than Chris Martin, come back, will Coldplay definitely split ?
Also, the band will release a EP with 8 songs, Prospekts March.
