 512 posts | He really was drunk when he recorded it? And here I was, thinking it must have taken a lot out of him to get that drunken texture to his voice without overdoing it. Still, can't say I'm all that surprised. 
The clinking glasses are great. And the way the guitar melts into the Chopinesque piano in the end... love it. |

It is hard for me to listen to this song because I can relate to it all to well. Especially when it cresendos in the last round of the chorus. It is as if I can feel his pain and regret...and torment. I to feel the same thing everyday. |

7 posts | This song breaks my heart as its about regret and wishing you hadn't let the person you love pass you by without telling them how you feel. Regret is the worst.
As with all of his songs, Damien really knows how to tug at your heart strings. |
