1 posts	My opinion is that it was a one night stand with a girl named "Summer," and when he fell in to "slumber," she (you) "gracefully fell away." kinda confusing but think about it. The rest is symbolism, like "basked in your rays," etc.

When your a kid, a teen, an adult and old...that feeling of summer leaving paralleled with leaving someone you may love have a lot in common! I love the female backing vocals, does a lot for this song...her name is Jolee from Rocking Horse Winter (or winner can't remember) anyways, very well done song!
