Song lyrics
Away, Away
Come away with me
Where the grass grows wild, where the winds blow free
Away, Away
Come away with me
And I'll build you a home in the meadow

Come, Come
There's a wondrous land
For the hopeful heart, for the willing hand
Come, Come
There's a wondrous land
Where I'll build you a home in the meadow

The stars, the stars
Oh how bright they'll shine
On a world that the Lord must have helped design
The stars, the stars
Oh how bright they'll shine
On that home we will build in the meadow

Come, Come
There's a wondrous land
For the hopeful heart, for the willing hand
Come. Come
There's a wondrous land
Where I'll build you a home in the meadow

Did the person know that submitted this song that there were actually three verses. Because of the length of the film (3.5 hrs.) some cuts were made to keep it below 4 hrs. One of those cuts was in this song. Since I am new to this internet page I will type in the second verse. Only the first and third verses were sung. Please excuse my spelling and punctuation if incorrect.

The hills, the hills,
Look beyond the hills,
There are rivers wide, there are Whippoorwills.
The hills, the hills,
Look beyond the hills,
To that home we will build in the meadow.
